Because people are already there. You do not have to open an app to ask a question or log your day, and that removes exactly the friction where most good intentions die.

No, it is an AI coach trained on the brand’s tone and approach. That is made clear during onboarding. For medical or mental-health signals the coach refers you to a qualified professional.

Not all day. The coach reaches out when things go quiet, when something new starts in your programme, and of course whenever you ask something yourself.

Your phone camera reads points on your body, such as hips, knees and shoulders, and counts your reps in real time. No wearable, no extra sensor.

Most workouts use your own body weight. You need enough space to stand a couple of metres from your phone so you fit in frame.

On virtually any recent iPhone or Android phone. Recognition runs on the device itself, so you do not need a constant connection during your workout.

No. There is a full library of workouts, recipes and sessions you can use. Your own content makes the app more personal, but it is not a requirement to start.

Yes. GezondRijk is a good example: together with N.E.C. Nijmegen we created Route 1900, a walk past six city points that gets you moving at every stop.

It is used to improve the experience inside the app and is never sold to third parties. Data from different organisations is kept neatly separated.

Yes, from the settings inside the app. The associated data is then removed according to the retention periods in the privacy policy.

A smart mirror we developed ourselves that turns into an HD screen, with augmented reality and motion recognition. You will find it in hotels, clinics, gyms and salons.
